Kompotas is a project, initiated by Indre Klimaite, about Lithuanian (ex-Sovjet) canteen culture. We traveled Lithuania in search of the canteens that are still left, and to see how they are changing. We photographed their beautiful, dilapidated interiors, as well as the people who work there and the food they serve.
