The Mother Road is a new publication by Hans Gremmen. Gremmen compiled five hours of video from Google Streetview images of the famous route 66 to create a road movie. When you watch the movie it is as if you are behind the wheel and travel from Chicago to San Fransisco. The Mother Road was part of the New Topographics exhibition in Rotterdam that was on view from 25 June until 11 September 2011.
